Our Mission
At SY Services, our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful lives rooted in dignity, independence, and connection. We are committed to developing strong natural supports, promoting independence across all areas of life, and ensuring the highest possible quality of life for every individual we serve. Through compassionate, person centered services and individualized supports, we foster inclusion, personal growth, and meaningful participation within families, communities, and society. Our work is grounded in respect, advocacy, and innovation, honoring each person’s unique strengths, choices, and potential. Together, we partner with individuals, families, and communities to build sustainable pathways that support lifelong growth, autonomy, and fulfillment.
We are a state approved PASA (Provider Approved Service Agency) offering services under the Developmental Disability (DD), Supported Living Services (SLS), and Children Extensive Service (CES) waivers.
