Our Supported Community Connections program offers individuals 18+ the chance to engage with the community, fostering increased mobility, relationship building, decision-making, and self-advocacy skills. This support empowers individuals to thrive beyond the confines of their homes.
We curate a diverse SCC schedule, featuring activities designed to create fun, novel, and meaningful experiences. Examples include:
- Bowling, Race Car Driving, and other entertainment activities
- Arts and crafts
- Visits to museums and cultural attractions
- Volunteering opportunities
- Board and sports games
- Outings to parks and natural attractions.
Our dedicated direct support staff are experienced, trustworthy, kind, supportive, and positive individuals committed to treating those we serve with the utmost respect. They build meaningful relationships with program participants, providing person-centered support.
Transportation: We offer pick-up services, transporting individuals in our program from their homes to various community activities, ensuring seamless and accessible engagement.
