Community Connector
Our Community Connector program offers individuals under 18 years old the chance to engage with the community, fostering increased mobility, relationship building, decision-making, and self-advocacy skills. This support empowers individuals to thrive beyond the confines of their homes.
We curate a diverse schedule, featuring activities designed to create fun, novel, and meaningful experiences. Examples include:
- Bowling, Race Car Driving, and other entertainment activities
- Arts and crafts
- Visits to museums and cultural attractions
- Volunteering opportunities
- Board and sports games
- Outings to parks and natural attractions.
Our dedicated direct support staff provide one-on-one care and are experienced, trustworthy, kind, supportive, and positive individuals committed to treating those we serve with the utmost respect. They build meaningful relationships with program participants, providing person-centered support.
Transportation: We offer pick-up services, transporting individuals in our program from their homes to various community activities, ensuring seamless and accessible engagement.
